  They seemed very knowledgeable and I walked away feeling happy..but then have found my two male rats will have a respiratory problem for life because of the breeders used. I went went saying that I wanted two FEMALE rats, as that's that's advice I've always been given. The very young girl that served us said that she would suggest MALE rats because they were apparently much more playful and grew bigger. She said she had several at home. I made my concerns about smell very well known. I now have male rats that that mark their territory everywhere. Constantly peeing on us and around the house and on each other. Vets have told ne this us very common knowledge and the only thing that apparently helps is getting them fixed. For about $500 each rat. I have this problem for 4 years now and am furious honestly. I love these rats and so does my son, but I wanted healthy girl rats. Very very disappointing the lack of expertise and unhealthy animals. Do not go here. Go to a proper breeder.

  My partner and I used to go to this pet store regularly and thought they were great, but then I kept buying new bags of dog food only to come home, open them and find them crawling with maggots and moths. Absolutely disgusting. This happened not once but on MULTIPLE occasions. I was understanding the first time, but what really turned me off this store was the rude attitude of one of the younger female employees after we came in to return a bag of dog food with maggots. No apology, giving me the stink eye and slamming the pen down when asking me to sign a receipt for the reimbursement. They tried to blame the product on the brand of dog food but not once have I had this issue with pet barn. This store is disgusting for selling such products to pets and I now have a moth infestation in my house. Thanks for nothing Pet Super Store and for wasting my time having to come back to return bad products. I really hope you you got rid of the employee with the bad attitude.
