my friends and I ordered pancakes. They asked if we wanted berries, and told us they will not cost extra (even though they did). Overcharged us, and when we went to inform the staff of this, they were rude, unhelpful and tried to make us jump through many hoops to get the money back.
I have been to this coffee club multiple times and I have never walked away happy. always disappointing. - Cilla Shaw Added November 29, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Dreadful service, waited 15-20 minut s for a coffee and warmed banana bread, coffee stone cold when ordered extra hot and didn't see m marshmallows at all, took my coffee back for remaking, waited another 10 minutes when a staff asked me what I was waiting for, she came back and couldn't find any thing for me, she asked me if I wanted to see manager, I told her not to bother and left without any coffee. The store needs to visit the Aspley store, where you get service and exactly what you order.
