  Mat is a great trainer. My husband & I have been going to the boot camps at for over a year now. Mat really gets the balance right: challenging you while ensuring it remains a safe and friendly environment. Each session is always something different so there is plenty of variety across the week, and I have really noticed the results. I also value the camaraderie between boot camp members - Resultz Gym boot camp really is my happy place :)

  I've been to half a dozen gyms over the years but this one tops them all. Results is welcoming to all skill levels while still having the facilities for more intense or higher level workouts. Mat is a great trainer and always ready with tips or information to help you reach your goals. Highly recommended.

  Mat (owner) is a very approachable and authentic guy and his passion for helping others to better themselves translates into his gym, both anatomically and operationally. His open plan gym has the equipment required to target all muscle groups, and operates boot camps; participated in by community woth a range of fitness levels and experiences. You don't have to wait for equipment, nor do you feel rushed to train. While being a smaller gym than others it more than makes up for it in being a genuine, pleasant experience every time.

  This place is amazing! Mat is super friendly and professional. If you have ever thought of joining or just want to try it out, you really should come and see this Gym.

  Resultz Gym is what a gym should be. The gym itself has a wide variety of high quality equipment and amenities. What makes this gym so special is the man who runs it, Mat has created a haven for the gym community to learn, train and push themselves in an extremely positive way. Mat has a wealth of knowledge and believes in educating people to success. If you're looking for a gym that supports you, your goals and has a genuine love for the community it fosters... Then Resultz Gym is for you.

  This really is the friendliest gym! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive! The workouts push you but in a fun way that the session flys by.
